The working principle of

Matters needing attention
1. Before using the machine, check whether there are obstacles in the rotating part, whether the lubrication part is smooth, and whether the surface bucket is clean.
2. Check whether the power supply is consistent with the voltage used by the machine, whether the ground is reliable, and install the leakage switch.
3. Pay attention to the power supply voltage deviation of single-phase (220V) mixer shall not exceed ±5% of the rated voltage. If the power supply voltage is higher than 230V or lower than 210V, the voltage regulator or regulator shall be used for power supply which is 10% higher than the rated power of the motor.
4. Power on the test machine, and pay attention to whether the rotation direction of the machine is consistent with the steering arrow. If the rotation direction is opposite to the arrow, two of the power supply can be switched (three-phase 380V) to make the steering normal.
5. After the test, when the machine runs normally, add the flour into the bowl for mixing (the amount of water can be determined according to the flour quantity).
